The house is on 2 floors, has a kitchen, living room, garden, 1 shared bathroom with bathtub, 1 ensuite to your room, 3 bedrooms total.

Located on a residential street 7 mins walk from Stoke Newington overground, its well-connected to bus routes, and has lots of nature nearby with Springfield park, the canals and Walthamstow marshes 7min walk away.

You will be sharing with Sega (29, he/him) who is a tattoo artist & works in LGBT+ research & Lucy (33, she/her) a textile artist for film & TV.

We have both been living in the house for a few years and enjoy hanging out together & watching films etc. Lucy has a cat called Max (the boss of the house) so cat lovers are a must!

About You
Looking for a long-term home and want to join in socially with the house.
Must be queer & trans friendly, and of a similar age.
No couples, students or pets!
