Two rooms available in Stoke Newington flat

We’re looking for two people to join our flat in Stoke Newington.
Room 1: £750/month, excluding bills — available from 28 September
Room 2: £800/month, excluding bills —
(Bills are roughly £100pm)

available from 2 October

We’re a couple around 30, both working in healthcare. We’re pretty active and outdoorsy and like cycling, hiking and camping, but also love gigs, cooking, pub quizzes, games and hanging out at home.
We’d really like the flat to feel like a shared home rather than four people who happen to live together. We’re looking for people who are up for occasionally cooking together, chatting in the kitchen, playing games or doing things together, while obviously still having our own lives and respecting everyone’s space.
It’s important to us that home feels open, accepting and comfortable for everyone.

There’s outside cycle storage in the estate or there’s also secure cycle hangers run by Hackney council.
