A lovely, spacious two-floor flat in a modern gated development, just a 3 minute walk from Clissold Park and Stoke Newington Church Street.

Available for a 5 week stay, with exclusive use of the flat. There are two bedrooms, but one will be locked for storage, leaving one double bedroom available.

For families travelling with children, I can provide a double futon in the living room for children’s use only.

The lower floor has a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a modern kitchen and a separate WC.

Upstairs, the double bedroom has plenty of storage and sliding doors onto a shared balcony. There’s also a bathroom with a bath and shower.

The development offers a 24-hour concierge and a private secure parking space, included in the rent.

Church Street’s cafés, restaurants and independent shops are a few minutes away, with easy access to Dalston and Islington, excellent bus connections into central London, and Canonbury Overground around a 15-minute walk.

Bills are included, with electricity covered up to £300 for the full five-week stay. Any electricity usage above this allowance is charged at cost.
