The area

A leafy, quiet residential road nestled between buzzy Dalston and the community village feel of Stoke Newington. One end of our street drops straight into the bars, shops and beautiful chaos of Kingsland Road; the other end meets Stokey’s slower rhythm, with Church Street and Clissold Park just a few minutes further walk.

There’s a strong sense of local life here if you want it - a street WhatsApp group, Sunday gardening club, local coffee shop, yoga studio and pub, and community-organised events: last weekend involved a tree wassail, singing and cider, which probably sums it all up quite well..

About us

You’d likely only be sharing with one of us for this period (the rest of us are off galavanting). Milja is a dancer / circus performer researching art-science at Central Saint Martins. She’s very excellent.

House vibes

Communicative, considerate and relaxed. Lots of spaces for creative projects, hosting friends, summer garden parties, etc. That being said, the house is often deliciously quiet - ideal for switching off.

- Amount to be agreed and paid upfront in full (inclusive of bills, including a fortnightly cleaner)
