Bright Flat in Stokey ! Seeking 2 Flatmates

hi, i'm hannah ! my two current flatmates are moving in with their respective partners, so i'm in search of their replacements. :') it's a bright, first-floor flat with an open common area, in-unit laundry, and a beautiful birch tree outside the bedroom windows. neighbourhood cats abound, and we're a stone's throw from the abney park cemetery. it's a lovely flat in a lovely area ; i'm hoping we'll all be lovely flatmates. :-)

(the bills are about £113/month, council tax included, so the rent adds up to ~ £839 and £930/month respectively.)

i'm a projectionist and a life model, so my work mostly takes me out of the house. but since i do work odd hours, i do like to be in the flat during the day when i can. i spend most of my time in the kitchen, or sipping coffee in the living room. i'm happy to have company ; likewise, to spend time solo. i'm hoping for a friendly-feeling flat, where we may or may not spend much time hanging out. :-)

move-in dec 4, but i need to confirm the tenants ASAP, so i'm holding viewings over the next 10 days.
