Double Room Sublet – Stoke Newington, N16

Double room available in a friendly, tidy flat in the middle of Stoke Newington. I’m heading back to New Zealand for the summer, so looking to sublet my room while I’m away.

The room is spacious, with a desk, closet, clothes hanger and under-bed storage for bags and clothes. It’s at the back of the flat, away from the High Street.

The flat has three flatmates – two guys and one girl, aged 25–27. They’re all friendly and welcoming, but everyone is fairly busy with work and their own lives, so it’s a relaxed flat. There’s a lounge with a TV, as well as a kitchen and washing machine.

Fridge and pantry space will be available during the stay.

* Good bus connections
* Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Harvest around a minute away
* Lots of restaurants, cafés and pubs nearby

Flat is also nice and warm in the winter, and you can use the heater by the bed
