I’m moving out of our much-loved flat in the best location in Stoke Newington 💚 So I’m looking for someone to fill my room. Available towards the end of October/early November.

🛏️ ROOM
A good-sized, bright room at the back of the flat with big windows, high ceilings, blackout curtains and plenty of space for furniture. It came unfurnished, but I’m happy to chat about leaving the bed, wardrobe & desk if useful.

🏠 FLAT
A spacious ground-floor and basement flat split over two floors. It has three bedrooms, a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a back garden which is so nice to have in the summer.

The living room has a big bay window so it gets loads of natural light, and there’s enough space that we don’t feel on top of each other.

It’s a quiet street and we have lovely neighbours. Our landlord is also great!

📍 LOCATION
It’s right beside Clissold Park and is minutes away from the pubs, restaurants & coffee shops of Newington Green and Church Street.

We’re in close proximity to local shops, Tesco Express, a chemist, a Post Office and a GP surgery. Nearest big supermarkets are Aldi, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, M&S and Waitrose.

There are loads of bus links right beside us that connect you to all the main hubs. Canonbury Overground is a 10-minute walk away, and Dalston, Rectory Road & Stoke Newington Overgrounds are also walking distance. Nearest tubes are Arsenal, Finsbury Park & Highbury & Islington. And there’s a Lime rank just up the road.

👯 HOUSEMATES
You’d be sharing with Tyra (31), who works in a law firm’s training team, and Grace (29), a physiotherapist.

We’re super friendly and sociable. We enjoy movie nights, walks in the park, cooking, painting, seeing friends and trips to the pub, while also valuing our own space and doing our own thing with our own friends.

We’d love to find someone friendly, who is extroverted and loves a chat, who is easy-going, tidy and respectful of shared spaces who’ll feel at home here 💚
