Spacious double room with its own en-suite bathroom, set on its own floor of a bright, well-kept flat between Clapton and Stoke Newington. Both stations are a 10-minute walk, so you're well connected for the City, central London, Dalston and Hackney.

Having the whole floor to yourselves means real privacy, it feels much more like your own space than a typical flatshare, which makes it ideal for a couple wanting a bit of independence without the cost of a one-bed. Downstairs there's a large open-plan living area and kitchen, plus a separate study, which is perfect if either of you works from home and needs somewhere quiet to take calls.

You'd be sharing with two friendly female professionals in their 30s and 40s. We're sociable but respectful of each other's space, happy to share a glass of wine in the evening, equally happy to let you do your own thing.
