I am subletting my wonderful huge room for 5 months in a wonderful warehouse.
This place really is a gem. All the community benefits of warehouse living without the craziness! You will be sharing with 4 others: a software developer, a landscape gardner and two theatre production technicians the west end.
The room itself is a haven. Kingsize bed, sofa, desk and TV. Has one window. It really is like its own little studio.
1 bath/shower and 2 toilets. Large kitchen and HUGE living area. Ages of housemates range from 32 to 53. A brilliant bunch. Plus we have 3 dogs currently! I have put open to pets but would not advise a cat, due to greyhound tendencies to chase ect...
Room avail from 1st Nov to 1st Mar but can be flexible with the dates!
Amazing location. Just a 4 min walk to Stoke Newington Station. Will be holdijg viewings on sat and sun. Drop me a line and a bit aboit yaself!
