Christmas SUBLET zone 2

Subletting my lovely big room over christmas while I'm back in Australia!
My name is Trelawny, I'm an aussie actor who's lived in London for 8 years and I'm going home for an extended visit over christmas so my room is available from mid-Dec to late Jan (dates somewhat flexible).
The room:
It's a huge room, complete with double bed (new mattress), couch, desk/work area and plenty of storage. It's on the basement level of the flat so it doesn't get much direct sunlight, but it is super cosy over the winter months.
Flatmates:
I have 3 wonderful flatmates- Kate, Sophie and Jamie. We've all lived together for a couple of years, but we work very different hours so honestly don't see that much of each other, but if you're into photography, travelling, fashion, beer or movies you'll have no problem chatting to any of them endlessly.
The flat:
We are the bottom floor flat of a big terraced house, and the flat itself if spread across multiple levels- so a number of stairs (particularly down to my room). You will be sharing a level- and a bathroom- with Sophie (the other bedrooms are up a level with their own bathroom). We have a big kitchen with a couch (lol?) but no shared loungeroom.
Transport:
Super well connected. Multiple bus stops within 100m of the front door that will take you to Dalston, Finsbury Park, Seven Sisters etc. Rectory Road overground is a 6min walk away- Mildmay line that connects you straights to Liverpool St in 15 mins.
The area:
We are a 2min walk from Church St, the main st in Stoke Newington with loads of cafes and gorgeous shops- if you like brunch and vintage shopping you'll fit right in! We're also less than 1km from both Hackney Downs and Clissold Park for all your green/nature needs. If your a produce market fiend, or looking for cool bars, Dalston is just a 20min walk/7min bus in the other direction.
