Stokey sublet end Nov -end Jan (flexible dates)

Hello :)

I (Alex) will be away from the end of November to the end of January and I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in our (Alex, Brandon, and Georgia) beautiful Stoke Newington flat.

Dates: Alex will be away from 26th November - 18th January, but dates are flexible: if you wanted more time on the start or end, that could be arranged.

The Room:
The room is one of the back two rooms, with direct access to the patio. Includes storage space under the bed, in the desk, and on/under the clothes rail (which will be empty). Features a full length mirror too!

The Flat:
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub/shower). Lots of plants. Large open plan living space, outdoor patio covered in lush greens, large kitchen with plenty of counter space. Furnished. Washing machine + dishwasher, gas hob, huge glass sliding doors + skylight. Did we mention lots of plants. Space for your bike in the corridor.

About Us:
Alex (whose room you'd be in), 32, is a climate scientist. In his free time, he loves going to gigs, being outdoors (especially climbing, cycling, and swimming), and perusing the charity shops of Stoke Newington. Brandon is a 34-year-old AI policy researcher. In his free time he enjoys oil painting in his studio around the corner, listening to new music, and plotting walks in the countryside with friends. Georgia, 32, is a guide dog trainer. She's often found at gigs, in the pub, or on a long walk, and is training to be a therapist.

The Area:
Our flat is located in the leafy, idyllic eastern half of Stoke Newington.

5 minute walk to delicious coffee at the Yellow Warbler cafe
7 minute walk to Stoke Newington High Street
8 minute walk to either Rectory Road or Stoke Newington Overground Stations
9 minute walk to Church Street
11 minute walk to Clapton Overground Station

Logistics:
Rent is £967 per month excluding bills. Total: £1100 per month all in - including council tax and cleaner (pro-rata depending on how long you’d like to stay).
