Located in Stoke Newington, near the station. Very large, peaceful and sunny on top floor with a huge wraparound balcony, where there's space for gardening, there is a picnic table etc.
There is an open plan kitchen (with all the appliances you'd need, two sinks), table and living room with a sofa bed.
Living with two girls in their mid 20/early 30s, the flat has a really lovely vibe. We usually have pretty chill weeks and out and about on the weekend.
The room is a small double with a built in wardrobe and shelves.. The room is unfurnished, but I'd be selling the bed, drawers, and bedside table or very cheap as I’m moving into a furnished home.
