Hello! I’m looking for someone to sublet my room from Dec 11th to Feb 15th.
The bedroom has a private terrace for early mornings and will be fully furnished when you arrive. The living room has a skylight to settle the winter-grey blues. There is a massive garden with a brand-new patio set to enjoy your morning tea with the neighborhood kitty.
The living and dining spaces are extremely spacious and will come pre-furnished with everything you need for comfort (couch, dining table, pots/pans, TV, etc).
There is one bathroom that is split between you and the other two flatmates.
The current tenants work 4-5 days a week and are often out and about. The house is quite social, as the two flatmates you are moving in with are friends. You can expect a friendly relationship with the other tenants.
I am looking for someone clean, kind, and easygoing.
The flat is in Council Band D.
