2 rooms coming available- Stoke Newington

bigger double- £980pcm (Dec/Nov)

2 rooms in my flat are coming available (bedrooms 1 & 2 as seen in the floor plan)- one early November (920) & the other in early December (980) (with possibility of early of November too).

The flat is a 4 bed and staying will be me, Jess (23, she/her) and Issi (23, they). We are a couple of 4 years who have been living together for 3 but we’re only newly moved in.

We are both really wanting to live in a queer and neurodivergent friendly space, with people who value a tidy and homey environment.

Issi is into cooking, gaming and plants and they work for a cat sitting agency. (we like cats and so does the landlord)

I love to thrift and make things, right now I’m really into sewing / upcycling and I’m also learning to weld. At the moment I work in primary schools alongside hospitality.

The flat itself is just off of church street, opposite Stoke Newington station and Abney cemetery. The rooms are nice sized doubles and we have two beautiful gardens.

The smaller room is £920 (Nov) and the bigger is £980 (Dec/ maybe sooner).
I’ve not yet paid any bills but i’ve been told they never exceed £30 each and water/ Council tax is paid for by the landlord.
