We’re looking for two new flatmates to join our lovely, spacious flat, just a short walk from Stoke Newington station. It’s really well connected, with loads of great pubs, restaurants and cute cafés nearby.

The flat is on the top floor, so it’s really bright, peaceful and gets loads of natural light. We also have a huge wraparound balcony, with loads of space to sit outside, have drinks, host people and do a bit of gardening. There’s also a big open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, with everything you need, including a sofa bed for guests.

The rooms:

🏡 Room 1 – £1,075 pcm + bills
A cosy double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and shelving. The room is technically unfurnished, but the current tenant is happy to sell the bed, drawers and bedside table very cheaply.

🏡 Room 2 – £1,175 pcm + bills
A much larger double bedroom with loads of space to make your own.

Bills are approximately £170 per month.

A little about me and the flat:

You’ll be living with me, Esther (nearly 26!). I work in finance and have a pretty active social life outside of work. I’m often seeing friends, heading to the pub, trying out different dance classes or watching Arsenal (hopefully win the league again this year!). Also a big fan of a good Sunday roast!

I’m sociable, easygoing and really want the flat to feel like a proper home, rather than just somewhere we all sleep. Ideally looking for people around a similar age who are friendly, clean, considerate and sociable!

I’ve become friends with my current flatmates - I’ll miss our Thursday evenings watching The Traitors and just generally hanging out together!

I’d love to keep that atmosphere going, so I’m looking for two people who want more than just a room in a flatshare! This is the perfect flat for people who are up for having dinner together, going to the pub, watching telly on the sofa, hosting friends, the occasional house party, and the odd spontaneous night out.

It’s such a lovely flat, and I’ve really enjoyed living here. I’m hoping to find two people who can slot in and help continue making it a wonderful place to call home. ❤️
