Room available 1st December in Stoke Newington right on the corner of the High Street and Church Street.

The room itself is on the smaller side, but there’s plenty of storage, with a chest of drawers in the room and an extra clothes rail and chest of drawers just outside. We’ve also got a decking area outside, a fully equipped kitchen and a desk with an office chair in the living room if you work from home.

You’d be sharing with 3 others (2 boys and 1 girl), all in our late 20s. Two of them work from the living room on a hybrid basis, and one housemate works away during the week and is usually only around at weekends. We’re looking for someone around a similar age who’d fit in well.

The location is hard to beat:

Right on Stoke Newington High Street, on the corner of Church Street

5-minute walk to Stoke Newington Overground

10-minute walk to Clissold Park

Loads of pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops on the doorstep

Rent is £650 a month, with bills currently £112.50 a month, so £762.50 all in (which is a bit of a steal for the location!).
