Large Double Room in Lovely Flat, Stoke Newington

We have a double room available in our lovely 3 bedroom flat in Stoke Newington. Available from 1st December. The rent is £1120 per month (excluding bills), no deposit. Couples only.

The room is located on the top floor of the flat and is light and spacious, with its own small balcony. The room is technically unfurnished however the last tenants will be leaving the bed and bed frame, clothes rails, felt drawers, white shelves, pine shelves and the lockers. They also need to get rid of the desks so would be happy to sell them to whoever moves in.

You’ll be sharing with me, (Esme, 29, she/her, graphic designer) and Jamie (27, he/him, events manager). We both work in the creative industry so we’re looking for people with a similar vibe who can bring some creativity to the flat and continue to make it feel like a home.

We’re looking for housemates (a couple) who are laid back and sociable but also tidy and respectful of the shared spaces. We’ve always had a sociable vibe in the house and want people who are up for hanging out and going to our beloved local with! Myself and Jamie both work 9-5 jobs so also want housemates who are respectful and keep things chill during the week.

It’s a great area, not far from Clissold park and Church street. The road is generally quiet, with a small park nearby as well as a yoga studio, shop, pub, bakery and pizza place!
