Couples are welcome in either room for £250 a month extra.

WHO YOU'D LIVE WITH
Me, Nico (35). I work in international business development and travel for work about one week a month. I like living with people who want the flat to feel like a home: the odd shared dinner, a chat in the kitchen after work, a drink on the balcony in summer. Everyone has their own space and their own life too, so if you like some evenings to yourself, that's completely fine. I'm just after people who are friendly, tidy and considerate.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR
Working professionals, any gender, singles or couples. Smoking is fine, but outside only. 1 month's deposit, 3-month minimum stay. References and a right-to-rent check before move-in.
