The room is a very good size and, although unfurnished would be perfect for couples. The house boasts a huge living/dining area, huge kitchen with French doors and terrace to the rear and a garden to the side.
We are 5 minutes from Rectory road train station (taking you to Liverpool St in 15 mins) and also 149, 243, 67 and 73 bus stops just around the corner. We are also a five minute walk from Church Street where you will find plenty of pubs, cafes and shops to while away a Saturday afternoon or pick up your groceries.
We are very sociable professionals who both enjoy a good night out, cooking, music and films etc. Neither of us knew each other before moving into the property so you need not worry about feeling like the new kid at school when you move in!
