Calling Flatmate For Gorgeous River View Flat!!

I currently live in Stoke Newington (Hackney) and in need of a flatmate in this lovely riverside apartment:)

I am searching for the ideal flat mate.

I'm a professional who travels a lot for work, so I tend not to be around much, i am very tidy and a clean person!!

I do expect the same from the person who will live with me. Common sense should prevail.

The room is neither a single/double(large room!) its inbetween (a good size) with a bedside unit, single bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. There is also a desk/chair.

The location is perfect as it has excellent network transport links within 10mins bus ride, excellent amenities, and night buses that will take you either towards Stoke Newington/dalston & liverpool street, clapton, finsbury park or Tottenham.

Seven sisters Underground (Victoria line) which is part of the 24hour fri-sun and Tottenham Hale being the closest tube stations, which also allows access to the Stanstead express.

Overground - south Tottenham and Stamfordhill train station's within 10minutes, if you're wondering I am zone 3 border zone 2 by 1 stop!

The room has wifi also. Any questions please ask, as i am sure i have left things out in my ad! Pic on requests and viewings can be arranged accordingly. This maybe more suited to those who are looking for a NO PARTY home, as this is very much a no party home! But is very much a calm quiet apartment.

The deposit is inclusive of the first months rent, those who maybe confused! .
