We have 1 large double room going in our Stoke Newington warehouse
from the 7th of April the earliest

We're looking for a social person in their 30's or 40's who has / have an understanding and an appreciation of living in a community, to join us.

Must be easy going, tidy and respectful of others. Week days we are all busy working but like socialising on the weekends. This is our home and not a party house but we do enjoy having dinners together sometimes.

The size of the living room is really inspiring and it is important for us to find someone with a similar positive energy.

We have a roof top with great view to enjoy BBQ's or just any beautiful day.

Room + studio space = £1060 all inc
+ 1 month deposit

We have a cleaner coming every other week.

You'd be sharing with the 7 of us. We are bit of a mixed bag:, writer, content producer, photographer, lens engineer, sales manager, gardener, artist painter

(regarding pets, the way things are set won't let us welcome dog owners, but we can potentially consider other animals)
