Springfield Park is 10 mins walk which overlooks Walthamstow nature reserve and is close to the River Lea barges and rowing club, there is a cafe by the canal.

Gas and Electricity are not included. Billed monthly.

Separate Toilet for tenants use is close to bedrooms
