The room also has direct access to the winter garden. The open plan kitchen is fitted with built in Smeg appliances and an elegant breakfast bar.

The bills (including BT superfast broadband and Band D council tax) are around 185 - 215 pcm. You would be sharing with a quiet, neat and orderly but fun academic working at a university. I'm friendly, easy going but do like to maintain a clean and tidy apartment. I'd enjoy the occasional meal or drinks with my flatmate, but I respect others' privacy and equally I like having time to get out in London or just relax in the apartment. Please also note that I am away for about 50% of the time, and you will have the whole apartment to yourself for extensive periods of time.
