Double room in beautiful home - Stratford

Hi,

I have a double room to rent in Stratford, available to move in from 16/05.

The rent is £880 PCM and includes all bills, a cleaner that comes in every fortnight, cleaning products/toilet paper etc.

What do I offer:

A lovely home, 7 mins walk from Stratford Station, or 5 mins from Maryland Station.

There is a great living/dining room with HD TV, Sky, Netflix, and if you need to work from home, the broadband is super-fast.

The garden is the perfect place to get some fresh air, but I can’t guarantee you will be alone, Finlay, my super friendly Yorkshire Terrier, will make you company.

The always important room, the kitchen, is shared by the 3 of us, a modern space with all the features you need, wash and drier, dishwasher, American style fridge and freeze, and Nespresso machine, we love coffee!

What am I looking for:

I want to find a new friend, someone who will treat our house as home, and feel at home. You are not moving in to just a room. You are moving in to your new home. I like people to feel they are at home. Perhaps watch films together, sharing a meal, etc - but we also respect each other privacy, and if you just want to stay in your room, its absolutely fine.

Now, you will share the house with myself, I am a friendly Brazilian guy who has been living and loving the UK for the last 28 years. And Ozzie, from Turkey. He is 26 years old.
