Double en-suite room in Stratford

A good sized double bedroom with its own bathroom in a 2-bed flat is available from late July (dates somewhat flexible). The room comes furnished with the pictured wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. The flat is modern and nicely decorated with high ceilings and tons of natural light. There is a balcony which can be accessed directly both from the lounge and from your room.

Pets are allowed, can be either a cat or small dog!

Located right next to Abbey Road DLR station and both Stratford and West Ham stations are very nearby.

The bills (electric, fibre broadband, water and council tax) work out to around £130 per month (not included in rent). There is no TV in the flat and I’m not looking to get one, but you’re of course welcome to arrange for a license. Free street parking is available.

I’m a construction manager and enjoy spending time at home, working out, hikes, walks and generally being in nature. At home I’m usually cooking and baking, looking after my plants, learning about psychology or reading. Not a drinker, but not a problem if you are.

I like a clean and tidy environment but understand it’s a living space and things don’t need to be spotless all the time. I’m fairly quiet so wouldn’t be looking for a party atmosphere, but still sociable. Laid back and not fussy. I’m very independent and enjoy my personal time and space, but it would be great if we have shared interests and a friendship develops :)
