Hi all!
We have a double bedroom available in a three-bed apartment with spacious living room, shower/bath and a private roof terrace.
The flat is above a Sainsbury’s local which is perfect for shopping and snack runs! It is also very close to Maryland Station (10 minute walk) Stratford station / Westfield shopping centre (15 min walk/5 minutes on the bus) and West Ham park is just around the corner.
You'll be living with two flatmates, Me, and Samuel who is very positive, easy to get on with person. Looking for someone friendly, chill, and generally tidy. The rent is £825 per month including bills. Council Tax Band: C. We also have a cleaner come fortnightly, which we each pay £16.50 for.
