Hi all!
We have a double bedroom available in a three-bed apartment with spacious living room, shower/bath and a private roof terrace.
The flat is above a Sainsbury’s local which is perfect for shopping and snack runs! It is also very close to Maryland Station (10 minute walk) Stratford station / Westfield shopping centre (15 min walk/5 minutes on the bus) and West Ham park is just around the corner.
You'll be living with two flatmates, Me, and Keifer (gay guy so as long as you're LGBTQ+ friendly we're good!). Looking for someone friendly, chill, and generally tidy. The rent is £816 per month including bills, and deposit is £692. Council Tax Band: C. We also have a cleaner come fortnightly, which we each pay £15 for.
