Room for rent in a nice 3-bed property

Hi,

This is a nice property close to West Ham park in Stratford, E15. I'm renting out two furnished rooms in the property, available from end of August.

Wifi is included but for more transparency and fairness, bills are to be shared equally by all living in the property. This way you only pay for what you use, rather than the max amount each month charged in 'bills included' rates. The total occupancy for the house is 3 people, and sublets are not allowed. A visit onsite is recommended :)

The property is a terraced house, very nicely decorated with a cosy feel. Both rooms are spacious, has a double bed, a tall wardrobe and a desk if needed, ideally for working professionals or students. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. The kitchen was recently renovated and features 2 fridges, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas hob, etc.

The key requirements are for the new housemate to be clean, to pay the rent on time and to look after their room and the property like they would as their own.

Additional notes:
- The room is for single occupancy only
- Pets not suitable due to allergies from other occupants
- Requests for room sharing will not be accepted
