Hi everyone! We are renting a room in our 5 rooms, 2 bathroom house in Stratford from feb 1st
We are 2 male & 2 girls professionals on our mid-late 20. Molly who works in the print design, Laure who does Marketing, Fraser who is a videographer, and Olly who is an actor.

We are all easygoing, hard-working and interested in art and a healthy lifestyle.

Big and bright house with a lovely garden which doesn’t look great in the pictures (but now we are taking care of it)
Fully stocked kitchen, one big fridge/freezer and a mini-fridge.
Space to store bikes and a basement to put stuff you don’t really use.
Transport:
7 min bus or 15 min walk to Stratford (Jubilee, Elizabeth, Central line, DLR, overground, trains, national express bus).
- 1 min walk to West Ham park.
- 3 min walk to Active Newham, GYM with swimming pool and to Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco express.
- 10/15 min walk to Morrison and Lidl.

Window: We can not open the window in the this room

Rent: £605 + bills.
Bills depend on the month but around £80
Deposit: £851
