Two Bright Rooms Near Olympic Park Short Term Only

Two Rooms available for very Short term lets of 1-4 weeks only! The house is in the process of being sold so longer term will not be possible but the rooms are currently vacant and and definitely will remain available until at least the start of november.

Room 1: Bright, comfortable with room for a desk. Window has a lovely view of the garden below.

Room 2: On the same side of the house so just as bright and also with a lovely garden view. Room is not big enough for a desk but has a cupboard and excellent storage space.

The property: A really lovely house on a quiet road in an excellent location. 3 bedrooms on the top floor. Ground floor has an spacious, open living room with comfortable furnishings; a bathroom with separate bath and shower and a fully-furnished kitchen with a gas cooker. The house also has a wonderful garden at the back with possible bike storage in the sheds.

Transport: 10-15mins walk from bromley-by-bow; 15-20mins walk from both west ham and stratford tube stations. 20 mins from stratford international.

Location: The property is in a superb location, on a quiet road yet surrounded by great transport links as well as being 10 mins from the nearest major supermarket (massivev tescos), 10 mins from the lovely Olympic park and 15 mins from the westfields shopping centre.

Currant flatmate: I am a highly active professional. I work full-time in a secondary school and I am also a competitive fencer who will be out training most weeknights and competing a lot at weekends (only at certain times of year). I enjoy reading, chatting and going out with friends to pubs and restaurants. As a flatmate I am tidy and considerate and would love to be able to end my evenings with a catch up with friendly flatmates.

New Flatmates: Because of my busy schedule, new flatmates will have a lot of freedom in the property but I would love to find flatmates who are still keen to build friendships and socialise together when the occasion arises. Flatmates would ideally be fellow working professionals with a hobby or two of their own that we can discuss and share as well as one or two common interests. I have really enjoyed living in mixed households, so I would prefer if at least one of the rooms were taken by a female.
