This is a single room with single bed, electric blanket, wardrobe, work desk and storage space overlooking a lovely garden. Garden and kitchen as well as toilets, bathroom with shower and bath are shared. There is a running machine which can also be shared.. There is a conservatory at the end of the garden which can be used in all weathers. This is a Victorian house Council tax band D with central heating, broadband and a well equipped kitchen. 10 minutes walk from Maryland and the Elizabeth line, the house is also 25 minutes walk from Stratford station with tube, bus ,overground and taxi links. I am a very sociable person but I respect people's privacy and hope that you do too. My partner lives in occasionally. I am a retired teacher of mathematics with many outside interests including archaeology, film, literature, music, guitar, bridge, snooker, pool and football.. I speak some Spanish and am currently learning Zulu.. I am looking for someone clean and tidy who clears up in the kitchen after themselves and is considerate and sociable. Many of my previous tenants are now friends. Council tax and bills are included.
