🏠 Hello! We’re looking for someone who sees this house as their home. Friends and visitors are welcome, we like to spend time together but we also respect our moments alone.

You will be living with a Spanish girl and a American boy both working in education, around 30 years old.

💷 Price: £782/month + bills. The bills (council tax, water, internet, electricity and gas) are paid separately.

Around £900 with bills, change accordingly per season

The room is free from 22nd of September but we can talk if you need to move sooner. I need to replace my room tenant in order to move so we can discuss dates that suit both :)


The house is up for sale however there has been little interest and the landlady is likely to take it off market

The contract is directly with the landlord, currently it is one year and we usually renew every year.

🛒 There is Morrison, Tesco, Sainsbury's less than 5 minutes walk. The Westfield Stratford shopping center with different shops and gym is 15 minutes away.

🏋️‍♀️ Gym and a beautiful park to enjoy the outdoors, 5 minutes away.

🚆 Maryland Station with the Elizabeth Line is 7 minutes away, and Stratford Station is a 10-minute walk, it has many lines + overground and DLR. Westfield and all its shops are just a 15 minute walk.

🌞 Bright room in a 3-bedroom house, plus 1 spare room that we use as storage, living room, two bathrooms and a garden.
