Hi everyone! I will have a lovely double room available from mid May in Stratford, £1050 p/m not including bills except water.

Possibility of moving in later (ideally no later than end of June) as have some flexibility with current flatmate.

Council tax band D.

The flat is available firstly as a lease takeover from May (as my lovely current flatmate is moving back to the US), then as part of a 12-month contract from October with a break clause in March.

The flat is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, two-balcony place with lots of natural light and is situated within a fab modern development.

<10 minutes walk from many tube connections and the big Westfield shopping centre. Right on the edge of the huge Olympic park and a short walk from Hackney Wick and all the canal loveliness there 💖

You would have your own bathroom (the main one) as I just use my ensuite.

Preferred age range 23--38. Female only please ✨

You would be sharing with me, a 28 year old single professional who usually works from home 🏡

Balance is key :) I like to keep the flat clean and tidy but also a relaxed environment... and am often down for a yap / tv sesh while also enjoying time alone. Would love to become friends with whoever takes the room !
