Hi I’m Sara and looking for a new flatmate to join me in this lovely Stratford apartment with stunning views of the London city skyline and Olympic park.

The room to let is a fully furnished double bedroom with its own private bathroom. This also comes with a parking space.

The flat has a welcoming open plan kitchen, dining area and living room with a balcony over the Olympic park. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also 24 hour concierge and a fully equipped gym.

We are situated right next to the Olympic park, and a 10 minute walk from Stratford station/Westfields which has amazing transport links.

Rent is £1125 per month plus bills (approx £150-200pm). Water bill is included in the rent.

I have Netflix, Amazon prime, and Disney+ which I’m happy to share with my flatmate.
