The flat is a 3 min walk from Stratford High Street DLR Station and a 6 min walk from Stratford Station, which is one of the best-connected hubs in London. With 7 different train lines, from the Elizabeth Line to the London Underground, there is a train leaving for the City every couple of minutes, so you never really need to check a timetable before leaving the house.
For day-to-day essentials, Westfield is nearby alongside three major supermarkets. The Olympic Park just around the corner if you want some green space.
