The room is occupied by an existing Monday–Friday lodger for approx. 4–6 nights per month.
For the rest of the days, I’m looking for a second lodger who needs a flexible base a few days a month. Dates are agreed in advance (around 10 days’ notice).
Works well for consultants, hybrid workers, or people in London occasionally.

💷 **Rent:** £400-600 for a single person depending on days at the property. Deposit equivalent for 4 weeks required.

About me - I have recently bought this amazing flat. I am a professional working in the City. Usually in the office 3-4 days a week and I arrive home at around 8-9pm. I like to enjoy a quiet flat in the evenings.
