We have a lovely double room available in a 4 bed houseshare. Ideal for two friends.

The current housemates consist of 3 females looking for a one more like-minded female housemate. Someone considerate and professional to enjoy a clean and tidy home. We treat this place as a home rather than another shared house, so if you are looking for a place you will look forward to coming back to from work, this is it. We are all very friendly but also respect each other's privacy.

This spacious house comes with a garden, living room, kitchen/diner, and a bathroom. The double bedroom is light and airy and comes furnished with a bed and a wardrobe.

Evesham Road is a quiet residential road and stones throw from the huge and lovely West Ham Park (70+ acres with 12 tennis courts, football, cricket, running, dozens of PTs etc) and is approximately 10 mins walk from Stratford Station, the renowned Westfield Shopping Centre and the impressive Olympic Park. Transport links in the area are excellent.

The bills are shared equally between the housemates and they are approx £60-£70 a month depending on the season, and include broadband, gas, electric, water and household essentials.
