Sublet Double Bedroom in a Lovely Maryland Home

We’re looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to join our lovely home in Maryland, just a 5-minute walk from the Elizabeth line.

The house is bright, spacious, and recently redecorated with lots of care. You’ll have access to:

A big shared living room – perfect for evening chats and catching up TV when it’s on :)

A large, fully equipped kitchen

A beautiful garden for morning coffees or summer evenings

A bathroom shared with Declan

We’re Declan (photographer) and Reuben (teacher) – relaxed, sociable, and enjoy hanging out in the evenings but also respectful of each other’s space. We keep the home clean and tidy and are definitely looking for someone who’ll treat it like their own.

The bedroom is very small, but bright with amazing natural light all day

Comes fully furnished with good storage

Best suited to someone who’s in the office and doesn’t need loads of personal space at home

Maryland – super connected, calm, and convenient, with shops, parks, and transport close by.
