A spacious and fully furnished double room available in a well-maintained three-storey family home.

The room includes a king-size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, and bedside table, providing both comfort and practical storage. All bills are included in the rent, including high-speed Wi-Fi.

The house is arranged over three floors. The communal areas (kitchen, living room, and bathroom) are located on the lower floors. The family occupies the top floor of the property, which provides a good level of separation and privacy. The family generally only comes downstairs to use the kitchen.

Please note this is a family home with children. However, as they are based on the top floor, the household remains calm and respectful. The overall atmosphere is quiet and family-oriented.

We take pride in keeping the home clean and organised. Everyone is expected to clean the kitchen immediately after use and maintain shared areas to a good standard.

This is a halal home, and we maintain a modest household environment (no alcohol or smoking in the property).

We are ideally looking for a working professional (students considered) who is clean, responsible, and respectful of shared living.

As this is a live-in landlord arrangement, the tenant will be a lodger.
