Bright Double Room in Modern Flat – Stratford

Hey! I’ve got a really nice bright room available in our flat in Stratford.

The room is technically a single, but it fits a double/queen bed easily so it doesn’t feel small at all. The whole flat is spacious and gets loads of natural light, especially the living room which we all share.

The room is £713 per month excluding bills (roughly £800 with bills)

You’ll be sharing the bathroom with just one other person, and the flat has a gym in the building plus a concierge which is super convenient.

📍 Location is honestly one of the best parts:
• 5 min walk to Stratford station
• Right next to Westfield
• Easy connections pretty much anywhere in London

You’d be living with 3 really nice, chill people — everyone’s a working professional (finance / fashion), we all have our own routines but get along well and respect each other’s space.

We’re looking for someone who’s clean, easygoing and respectful. Not really a party flat, more of a calm, comfortable home vibe.

• Then possibility to stay longer / get on the contract after

The flat just feels really nice to live in, so ideally looking for someone who’ll treat it like home too.
