My current flatmate is moving out due to personal and work reasons, and I’d really love to stay as I’ve been very happy living here. So I’m looking for the someone to renew the lease with me!

• Fully furnished and well-equipped, including rice cooker, air fryer, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, etc.

Bills approx. £100 per person/month (May be a bit higher during winter)

Bits in the area
• Gym room
• 24-hour concierge / parcel collection
• 2 minutes to Wa Nan Hong
• 5 minutes to bus station
• 5–10 minutes to Westfield, M&S, Waitrose, and several Tube lines
• Around 15 minutes to PureGym and Morrisons

Looking for someone who is
• Based in London with stable income/employment
• Able to pass referencing check
• Easy to communicate with and sensible when it comes to shared living
• Clean and respectful, especially in shared areas and the shared bathroom
• Okay for the occasional friends/partner stay over
• Okay with occasional small gatherings until around midnight, as long as everything is kept tidy afterwards
• Not allergic to cat, as I may adopt two kittens in future!
