Semi double room for single occupancy

Hi! We’ve got a compact double room available in our flat, just a 3-minute walk from Maryland station (Elizabeth Line), so getting into central London is super quick and easy.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It’s not a huge room, but it’s practical and comfortable. The main bonus is that you’ll have your own private WC with a sink, which makes a big difference day-to-day. The shower is shared with us (a professional couple), and we keep everything clean and tidy.
You’ll also have full access to the living room and kitchen, which has all the essentials, washing machine, fridge, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, and a TV in the living space.
A bit about us, we’re a working professional couple, mostly out during the day and keep things quiet, clean and respectful at home. We’re looking for someone similar who’s easy-going and values a peaceful environment.
The rent is £825 pcm. Minimum stay is 3 months. It’s for single occupancy only (no couples), and we’d prefer a female tenant. Students or professionals are both welcome.
We’re not a party house, no parties, and smoking is only outside. Occasional guests are fine, but no regular overnight stays unless we’ve agreed beforehand.
Overall, it’s a really good fit for someone who wants a calm, well-kept place with great transport links, plus the added benefit of a private toilet.
