I’m Marcia, current flatmate here! Myself and my flatmate Anna are looking for a third person to join us in our friendly, modern & spacious flat in Stratford! 😊

The room is a double with a bathroom shared with just one other person (Anna, I have an ensuite), and is fairly reasonably priced for the area and newness of the flat!

The move in date for this flat is JUNE 1ST 2026.

The room comes with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a mirror.

Full Room Details:

Rent: £909.37 pcm

Deposit: £847 (paid directly to outgoing tenant, name then changed in DPS)

Bills: Around about £100-£115 a month (varies on usage of water, heating etc etc)
Council tax band D

Move In Date: 1 June 2026

(Our former flatmate has actually already left, so you could move in sooner!)

As for the rest of the flat/shared living area, the kitchen/living area is a large open space, the kitchen comes with a dishwasher and washing machine as well! We are also blessed with lots of cupboard space in the hallway.

We even have a really nice balcony which is great during Summer! ☀️

And then the other crazy benefit to living here is the onsite Gym, which is included in our rent! 😲 Bit of a luxury in London so definitely a benefit if you go often, we love it!

Finally, a bit about us!

Anna and I work in administration and academic publishing! Anna has to be in the office every day and I personally also work hybrid so I'm sometimes working from home during the day but we are just after likeminded people who are clean, not disruptive and respectful 👍 We love a chat but also quite appreciate a bit of quiet time to decompress. We’re a very relaxed and quiet flat and get along quite well!
