Location is great - 8 mins walk from Pudding Mill Lane and super close to Stratford, Bow, Hackney Wick & Victoria Park etc. It’s on the Sugar House Island development and comes with concierge service included.

The flat is super modern, fully furnished and your room includes your own private full bathroom (see pics from the advert, & video from the viewing! Your room would be the first in the vid.. the flat will be fully professionally cleaned etc - as it’s tenanted currently!). It has a huge built in wardrobe and we’ll have all the mod cons - dishwasher, washer dryer and balcony!

Rent - £1055 pcm excluding bills
Deposit is 5 weeks rent and you’ll need to be able to pass referencing with the managing agent.

About us:
Caitlin (29) works in events and Amelia (25) works in public sector finance.

Caitlin loves getting outdoors in the sun as much as possible, travelling, live music and wholesome walks along the canal with a sweet treat. Self confessed type B!

Amelia loves the gym, fantasy books and films, time outdoors and girly days out. An avid meal prepper - type A to balance it out!

We love our weekly dance class, and a night out with karaoke and cocktails, ideally finishing with a kebab. Equally love a Friday night in with a good film and a takeaway.

What we're looking for:
A friendly gal 25+ who's keen to make a house a home, and keen to join in with any of the above!

We both really value a clean(!) living space and have busy work lives so love having a chill and easy vibe to come home to.
