I’m sadly moving out, so my room is becoming available from 1st September.

It’s a spacious en-suite double room in a modern three-bedroom apartment in Stratford. I’ve genuinely loved living here, and I’m hoping to find someone who’ll enjoy the flat as much as I have.

The flat is in a fantastic location, just a 10-minute walk to Stratford Station and Westfield, 5 minutes from East Village, and within walking distance of Victoria Park and Hackney. Whether you’re commuting, heading out for dinner or drinks, or making the most of London’s green spaces, everything is on your doorstep.

The Room:

Your Flatmates:

You’ll be living with Harry (25), who works in surveying, and Akash (30), who works in data research.

They are friendly guys, in a relaxed household and are looking for someone who’ll fit naturally into that dynamic. During the week everyone has their own routines, but we’ll often watch the football together, head to the pub, or catch up over dinner. We all respect each other’s space and enjoy having a home that’s comfortable, clean and easy to live in. It’s a sociable flat without any pressure—everyone has their own lives, but enjoy spending time together too.

We also have a simple cleaning rota that everyone takes part in, with each person giving the shared areas a proper clean once every three weeks. It keeps the flat looking great and means the responsibility is shared fairly.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy professional, ideally aged 25–30. There’s no gender preference, but unfortunately no couples.
