Room in sunny stratford!

Hi 👋🏼 I have a room going in sunny Stratford, East London for £1050 a month from 21st September!
The room: the room is a medium sized room with great lighting. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe, a set of draws, storage space under the bed and in a storage closet we can share. There’s also space to bring some of your own furniture if you have any.
You have your own spacious bathroom with a bath & shower.
The flat: the flat has a really large kitchen, living & dining room (open plan). It’s got more storage space in here and has a really homey feel. The flat has a massive balcony that is parallel with the whole flat - really nice in summer as it’s cool & fresh!
The building also has a free gym (no gym fees!!!) & bike storage.
Bills are normally approx £140ish, the flat is electric so no gas expenses in winter!
The area: we’re an 8 minute walk from the station which is central line, Lizzie, overground & jubilee so it’s great for public transport!
We’re less than 5 minutes from Queen Elizabeth Park, and about a 10 minute walk to Westfields, M&S, Lidl & Sainsbury’s!
The roommate: I’m Ella, I’m 27 and I work shifts 🕵🏼‍♀️ I play netball, go the the gym & love socialising, being silly with friends & going to the pub, but I’m also respectful of downtime and sometimes just needing a bit of quiet. It would be great if we could be friends as well as flatmates 🫶🏼 my current flatmate is moving out to move home for health reasons!
The landlord: our landlord is really responsive, really kind & has dealt with any issues we’ve had really quickly. He’s even brought us wine for Christmas’ etc.
