I'm looking for a new flatmate for this chill, tidy and friendly LGBT+ household.

About the property

The apartment is from 2019 and has a large living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The kitchen is stylish and spacious with pretty much everything you need. It comes with a dishwasher, rice cooker, air fryer, oven, etc. There is a big dining table for up to 8 people.

A cosy and trendy living room features a comfy and chilled-out sofa corner and a 55’ inch TV. There's also an electric piano.

The bathroom will be shared with 1 other flatmate. It’s sparkling clean and modern with a fancy bathtub.

There is a lovely balcony, where you can chill out outside in summertime.

Location

It takes 4’ walk to Maryland Station on the Elizabeth Line or 15’ walk to Stratford Station.

Tesco Express is 1’ walk away. There is a big Morrison's within 8’ walk. Westfield Shopping Centre is within 12’ walking distance, where you can also find M&S and Waitrose. There are a few local shops and click and collect points adjacent to the flat, and some good takeaways and restaurants.

Anytime Fitness (24/7) is within 8’ walk, GymBox Stratford 20’ walk and BETTER Gym 20’ walk. The Olympic Park is about a 20’ walk.

The room

The double room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, desk, wardrobe and clothe hangers. It is ideal to work from home if you like.


About us

You will be sharing with 2 flatmates. We are friendly, sociable and tidy, in our late 20s and early 30s with professional jobs. Teddy owns the property, hence, there will be no agency fee.

Teddy is working in education and also a freelance interior designer. He’s interested in Taekwondo, Yoga, Pole dance and Gymnastics.

Stefan is a lawyer. He’s interested board games and music.

The flatmates we are looking for

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly person to be part of a sociable household. As you'll be sharing a bathroom and living space we're looking for a tidy person.
LGBTQ+ preferred.
