A furnished double bedroom is available in our modern three-bedroom flat near Stratford High Street and the Olympic Park.
The flat has a spacious open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen, along with access to a residents’ gym, rooftop terrace and 24-hour concierge. We are looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate who would like to join a sociable but relaxed household.

The bedroom is approximately 10 m² and includes:

About us
You would be living with three people: a couple aged 24 and 25, and another housemate aged 32. We are two professionals and one PhD student. Two of us work from the office five days a week, while one works from home two days a week. However, the hybrid work mix varies.
Our interests include music, museums, reading, board games and fitness. We occasionally spend time together, but everyone also has their own routine and space.
The flat is friendly and sociable without being a regular party house. We sometimes have friends over or hold a small gathering, normally no more than once or twice a month. Reasonable overnight guests are fine as long as everyone is considerate.
Cleaning and shared responsibilities are managed through a rota. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the flat.

Who we are looking for
The room would suit a postgraduate student or young professional who is:
* Friendly, clean and considerate
* Comfortable living both sociably and independently
* Respectful of shared areas and the cleaning rota
* Looking for a longer-term home rather than a short let
* Happy living in a relaxed, slightly nerdy household
Hybrid or office-based working would be ideal, although regular home working is also fine. Pets are considered but subject to agreement with the household and any tenancy requirements.
