Looking for someone to take over my en suite double room in a shared flat in Stratford by the end of August/1st September.

I’ve lived here for the past three years and have really enjoyed living here. I’m only moving out because I’m leaving London.

The room

The flat

You’ll be sharing with two guys in their twenties who share the second bathroom. It’s a respectful and easy-going household where everyone does their own thing, is considerate of shared spaces, and cleans up after themselves.

The flat also has a large open plan living room and kitchen space, large terrace which gets sunlight most of the day (excellent for sunbathing), small additional balcony, and there is a complex gym you can use if you wish (just one off fee induction fee).

There is a concierge to receive parcels and communal areas in the complex for walks etc.

* Less than a 10-minute walk to Stratford Station
* Less than a 10-minute walk to Westfield Stratford City
* Excellent transport links via the Central, Elizabeth, Jubilee, DLR, Overground and National Rail
* Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and gyms all within easy walking distance

Rent

* £1,096 per month
* Bills are approximately £100 per month on top (covering council tax [band D] water, energy, high speed wifi)
