🩵This is a shared house of working professionals, all in our mid 20s. Everyone is super friendly, clean and welcoming!

☀️We have a big garden with decking and furniture. Sun trap in the summer!

✨Lots of transport options nearby - 10min walk to Maryland station (Elizabeth line), 2min walk to bus stops with lines all over London and including 2 night bus routes. Stratford station is a 15min walk away, with multiple tubes, overground, the DLR and coach services.

💚 West Ham Park is at the end of the road. It’s a gorg, safe green space with a botanical garden, tennis courts and great running routes.

📍Westfield shopping centre is a 7min bus journey away. You’ve got everything you need there- shops, restaurants, 2 cinemas. Over the other side is the Olympic park, Hackney Wick and Victoria park.

I’ve loved living here, the area is great and the house is always clean, inviting and friendly!

It is managed by an excellent agent. They will require info about income etc.
