Room free in an all girls household!

Heyy, we’re looking for a housemate for our 3 bed all girls house in Stratford (zone 2)! We’re a 7 min walk from the station, amazing tube connections and only 30 mins to central. The move in is September 23rd (could potentially move in from the 21st).

Rent is £833 pcm plus bills of around £85 per month. You’ll need to have a salary of £25,000 to self qualify for the rent, or have a UK based guarantor.

The room is upstairs and comes fully furnished - double bed, large desk, chair and a full wall of built in wardrobes.

The house: separate living room and kitchen, backyard patio, Apple TV, washer/dryer, video doorbell and your usual kitchen electronics.

About us:
We’re both 22 (soon 23) working full time. I work an an accountant in bank and wfh 1/2 days a week. Sana (the other housemate) works at a uni and only works from the office.

What we’re looking for:
Ideally someone open to also being friends as well as being able to respect personal space. We both love hanging out in the living room watching tv, exploring London and going out on the weekends. Looking for someone to stay at least til March, but so happy if you wanna stay longer too!
